How Paula Works
Select from three different formats structured around your needs and goals:
- One-to-One Coaching
- Small Group Coaching

One-to-One Coaching
Paula offers highly personalized help to those who want to develop a more professional approach to communicating and performing.
Paula is available to conduct coaching at your place of business or her studio. When face-to-face sessions are difficult due to scheduling, distance or budget or when additional sessions are needed, Paula coaches via remote—live video, telephone, and e-mail. Remote sessions are recorded and include follow-up notes from Paula.
You may opt for intensive help in preparing for an upcoming presentation or choose ongoing sessions with Paula to improve your speaking skills.
It is very important to Paula that your needs and her skills are a good fit. Paula talks with you by phone or in person to discuss your goals and how the two of you might work together. She views tapes of your past presentations and asks you to complete a short questionnaire. Paula then reviews your material and sets up a follow up discussion.
For your first session you work with Paula for a half-day. After that you schedule hourly sessions or a combination of longer and shorter coaching sessions, depending on your needs.
All sessions are videotaped and available for your review. Paula uses your tape during your sessions to give you feedback and point out your progress.
Small Group Coaching
Paula offers small group coaching sessions with up to 6 participants in a round-robin format. Each person is coached in front of the group, observes other group members being coached, and offers suggestions while Paula facilitates.
During the group sessions, Paula offers professional, constructive and individual feedback. The training is tailored to the group’s objectives, which are determined in advance of the sessions.
Coaching for Teams
Paula works with teams that are preparing for presentations and panels. Usually this involves work teams or mixed groups from across the company interacting and working together on time sensitive presentations.
Paula helps teams deliver cohesive content in a carefully selected format that best supports their purpose. She also assists them with timing, technical precision, staging, and rehearsals.
